Digital to Physical Upgrade

I have two accounts and purchased the Digital Heroic Upgrade for one and the Digital Epic Upgrade for the other. I also got the boxed Collector’s Edition. I am not trying to enter the key so I can get the credit to my Blizzard balance. My problem is I do not know which account I used the Digital Epic Upgrade on to make sure I get the right amount credited.

Is there anyway CS can help me? Just let me know the last letter of the account name I upgraded would do it.

The account your posting character is from has the Epic-exclusive Anima Wyrmling pet in their collection.

Unless you have both game licenses under the same Blizzard Account, then that won’t be helpful at all.

Both accounts are under the same battle.net so the pet can be used by either one. I’m hoping they can poke under the hood and see which one I applied which too. Thank you though.
