Died in Wintergrasp and Now I am stuck

Your support system in game is horrendous and doesn’t load properly. My character died in wintergrasp and now I am stuck. I cannot reach my body, and the res guy at the graveyards won’t res my character. Why is this crappy mechanic still in the game? How do I get my character back to life?

Yes, just brings me back to the graveyard, where I can’t be rezed

UM…they is a repop command you can try…let me see if I can find it.

To release your spirit, enter “/run RepopMe()” into the dialogue box and press “Enter.” Your spirit will be released and appear as a ghost in a graveyard, just as if you had clicked on the “Release Spirit” button.S

I tried that also…I am already a ghost. So it doesn’t do anything

Try this…

Exit the game completely and see if that works, you might want to also do a full UI reset to zero out any errors in the UI.

I don’t think this is a UI error. I can’t get to my body because it is in the wintergrasp fortress area and there are no entries into it as I was flying over it when I fell in there. And I am now at a graveyard that is alliance controlled and while I am horde it won’t res me and there are no horde graveyards in the area for me to get a rez. If they are going to have a mechanic that dismounts you so you fall and get killed, they should have a way for you to either get to the corpse or be revived.

it is. The UI is not spawning the button for you to res.

This is a PVP area, there wouldn’t be a button, the graveyard res person just continuously reses people every 30sec or so…but it isn’t resing me cause I am horde and it is an alliance graveyard.

So you cannot go to the horde graveyard? There is one is Wintergrasp.

Every graveyard I can see on the map is alliance controlled

There should be a horde graveyard near the horde flight path there.

I’m trying to run there now. I can’t even get the in-game support system to submit a ticket…so ridiculous.

This would be a UI issue. This is why they ask for you to do a full UI reset as a first step.

The opposite side, there is a Horde graveyard.

Found the Horde graveyard. Thank you guys. Blizz really needs to fix it so horde players go there when all the other ones are alliance controlled

Something you will need to suggest in the PvP Forum. But if I remember Wintergrasp right, this is likely to do with the battle going on right now. If it was in between battles, it might be different.

You’ll have to find the horde graveyard near the horde flightpath there. Check the marked solution post.

Another solution… I took the exit towards the west of the horde flight point. There’s a gap in the wall where the waterfall spills into the Sholazar Basin. As a ghost, jump through there. North and east of the lake that you land near is a spirit healer (76.6, 60.8 Sholazar Basin) that you can talk to. Talk to them, and take the rez sickness. It will res you back at one of the Wintergrasp graveyards (rezzed my horde character at the allie graveyard by the allie flight point).

I got stuck today trying to enter Vault of Archavon as an alliance toon while it was horde controlled. Died right at the door and kept re reading this thread to find something so I could res somehow someway.
Finally I decided to walk out of wintersgrasp and voila a flying gryphon got summoned for my ghost. I flew around to the fortress area and entered wintersgrasp again and walked upto my dead body to res it and hearthed out ASAP.
P.S - you Should run out of the mobs aggro before you hearth or you Will die again and its not a fun walk
