I just completed the third wing of Aberrus in LFR and won a roll for a Ward of Faceless Ire. I had to wait the whole 5 minutes because someone went AFK, but I stayed in the instance until the roll completed and even got the small window pop-up at the bottom of my screen indicating I received the item. Then when I left the instance, it was not in my inventory. I waited a while for it to come in the mail, but it never did. I can’t put in for an item recovery since it doesn’t cover items that haven’t been received yet. I would like to have this item sent to me, considering how I already get next to nothing in rolls in the raids. I’m attaching a link proving that I did indeed win the roll.
Give it some it should show in mail.

Some things that would be very helpful to know - what was the boss name - what was the name of the item, approximately when did it happen.

Exit game, delete cache folder, log back in. If that doesn’t work, try to reset your UI, see if it’s in your mail.

Okay? So rather than just using that echo, how about some more information, if you please? There’s not a lot anyone here can do without some more details to actually try and assist you.
Did you try what was suggested above you?
Do you have a ticket in?
How long has it been since you won this loot roll? Did it just happen or has some time passed?
Have you logged out of the game and then logged back in?
What instance/raid were you in?
What boss was it?
What item was it?
All of these details only help us to help serve you better. Running off of “same issue” doesn’t help us, let alone does it actually help you.

Mine wound up coming in the mail. The next day. Annoying and obnoxious, but not broken.

Definitely annoying, but it might be worth posting your experience in the Bug Report Forum. It certainly shouldn’t take that long, and there could be an issue they can solve to get it back.
