Didn't receive death knight mount as reward

I completed all of the Death Knight starting zone quests but do not have the mount. Is this a known issue, or is there a known solution?

Hit C. Click on Pet Tab. Then Mount

Had the same problem with a death knight. Control+P opens the mount/pet box. Select the pet or mount you want. Cheers.
