Well, I thought I had it figured out after realizing I needed to claim the rewards, yet here I still am with no mount in sight… Very frustrating… Haven’t received anything for watching the Warcraft Direct Livestream when it aired and still no Twitch drop stuff… 
This is a rip off to customers. Gave them my data for free when they offered me a reward.
I’m afraid we don’t have a lot of control of how the drops work, Gizanga. The only thing we can recommend in those cases is to check to make sure you are connected. We cannot see that you qualified or not. If you did, their systems trigger ours to issue the reward. If we don’t get that signal, the reward isn’t issued for that medium.
It is why I recommended trying one of the others, which can be done after the original live broadcast.
