Didn't get my boost

I bought the expansion upgrade but didn’t get my character boost. i have tried ALL of tips that they suggested to no avail. I don’t know what to do now.

Depending on how long ago you purchased the expansion, it can take up to 24 hours for the boost to show up.

Note that if you already had a boost from the expansion and purchased a different level of expansion, you don’t get an additional boost.

I recently purchased the expansion and it has been several days. And I did not get a boost from this expansion.

Just to be clear, which expansion version did you purchase? If it’s been several days and the payment process completed (meaning it didn’t fail), then the boost should be on your character select screen as a token in the top-right.

I purchased the Midnight upgrade. I know I am on the correct account because I am no longer told to upgrade the account.

And you do not have a token looking thing on your character select screen in the top right? Also what does the order say in your Purchase History on your account page on the website?

Just clarify: did you upgrade from DF/TWW to Midnight, or a lower Midnight edition to a higher one? The latter case would not grant a second boost.

I purchased the Basic edition and it does show I should get a character boost.

As the others have mentioned, check above the character list on the right side. You should see the boost there.

Yeah, echoing Terise and the others. There should be an icon - a circle with a W - in the upper right of your character select screen. Is that there?

Also, just to make sure, you are looking in Retail and not Classic? The boost is only for Retail.

I have looked and it was for retail. I have tried, to no avail, to contact Blizz but keep getting going in circles. Any idea how to actually write them?

If you do not see the boost on your character screen, as shown below, then you will need to submit a ticket to Blizzard.
