Funnily enough, their response came through just minutes ago. Their official response is, “Yeah it’s bugged and customer support can’t do anything about it. We can’t generate any items or give you compensation.”
So we get to just suck it up I guess. Super.

Until it starts affecting a larger percentage of the player base. I can’t believe they’re writing us off.
This is absurd.
RUF is bugged, Rifts are bugged, Superbloom is bugged, vaults are empty, seems like the problems are effecting enough players.

I also didn’t get anything in my vault, but I know all the dungeon spots were full from my mythics and timewalking dungeons the previous week.
Has anyone gotten any positive response from Blizzard about this issue? I’ve only gotten the “sorry, we don’t give out loot” response on my ticket.

I have same issue. Did 8 M 0’s on main and vault is empty. Been doing M’s this week but now I am worried if same issue will continue into next week for main. Some sort of acknowledgement from Blizz regarding resolution would be nice!!

Would assume this would have gotten fixed by now. Feels kinda dumb that I’d have to run a +2 on my alts when I was just planning on doing 0s on them.

hi, i just wanted to let you know that i got a response from my ticket on this and it was basically a cookie-cutter auto-reply saying they’re aware some people didn’t get vault rewards this week, they don’t have a solution for it, and “they’re sorry for the inconvenience” LOL

Same here. Did raid, timewalking. Have not received any rewards at all for running raid and the wrong item level for timewalking.
I also didn’t get anything in my Great Vault despite doing a couple mythics last week. I submitted a support ticket and got a response pretty quickly.
I can see that you are having problems with the rewards from the great vault and understand this is really frustrating, This is a known issue that our Dev teams are already aware and looking into it, but sadly we currently do not have any workarounds so to optimize our bug issue priorities, please kindly use the in-game bug report in the menu, this will send the report directly to the bug raiders, they will look into this issue directly from there. This report will serve as ammunition for the team to deal with this bug.
I will also report in your issue from my end to give the team more information on fixing it. Please give attention to our forums for they will announce fixed bugs from there.

But you know if it was some big streamer or World first guilds they woulda patched it immediately.

My vault was fixed after todays maintenance.
I had 3 choices of the correct ilvl.

Heck yeah, just saw that my vault now also had loot in it! Funnily enough, the response to my bug ticket did not mention this at all. Just a pre-packaged response from someone who had definitely not read what my issue was. Still though, happy. Got a nice helm as well!
I did this week 2 raids, but nothing shows up in the great vault. Wtf
