i did get loot but got it from season 3 lol , so idk what bug is happening
That would have been last weekâs Vault.
Which means you would have this weekâs Vault rewards up now, if you look.
I Completed Black Temple TW, M+ 2 x4, and Normal Awakened Voti. Checked my vault to see progress before loggin last night. Opened GV today and only received 3 pieces of gear. 1 from M+ that is 415, and 2 from raid 402 and 405.
Did not get anything on my hunter as well. Ran 5 dungeons for the weekend and got the cache. Empty vault today
After removing a piece of the S3 gear from the vault I was able to reopen my vault and get the appropriate gear loot options. Hope this helps those showing old S3 gear.

came here to report this same issue, it showed all that i had the 3 vault door unlocked for heroic dungeons yesterday. clicked the vault today, it generated loot and the vault was empty

I did TW on all my characters (some also should have LFR and M+ credit), so far have just discovered one with no vault although Iâm still opening. Parthenia-Shatteredhand

I did LFR and Mythic 0s on a character and received no Great Vault this week either. My other character did raids and some Mythic+ and did get loot from the Great Vault.
Is the difference between your characters is the one who did not receive anything did stuff on the last week of S3 and the others did not? Thatâs what I am seeing.
Would like some blue attention to the lack of weekly vault.
This is quite a big deal to those of us it affected.

No loot in Vault showed 5 Timewalking and 1 Mythic 0 yesterday before reset nothing in the vault today upon reset.
Reporting similar issue.
Completed all 5 timewalkings and cleared all 3 awakened LFR wings.
Opened vault and only offered the 1 heroic item with indication its from phase 3 and ilvl 441 which doesnât match the current phase and I wasnât offered items from the raid category.
Prior to log off, all 3 were highlighted under raid as well as the 2 under heroic.
Hard to believe there isnât an item up on blizz cs on X or a blue response here yet.
Similar for me, except i got to loot it on one character, than all my other characters didnt get anything
I ended up with season 3 loot in my vault so might as well say that I got nothing. If nothing is fixed I figure I can at least take the pity tokens as a terrible reward in week 2.
No resolution so far. My in game ticket was âansweredâ with something unrelated about not looting bosses and the items being in the mail. My original problem remains, nothing in the Great Vault after doing 6 Mythic +0 the week before. I didnât have season 3 loot in the Vault, and Iâve logged and relogged many times. Hoping for an acknowledgement of the issue.

A bugged vault is a major issue
My sub is drying out until this is fixed.
Weekly reward is almost all Iâm playing for at this point
I got one with their usual automated response four hours later saying, âHey just check the wow forums or wowhead for a solution.â So I clicked the âNot resolvedâ button and just copy pasted my original message. Itâs absurd. Their whole ticket system is unforgivably bad. The hoops you have to jump through to even raise one is absurd and the automatic response (always hours later when the person has likely logged off, just to drag things out more) is just salt in the wound.

Your reasoning is exactly the issue why I have yet to submit a ticket. I donât see the point.
