do you know what the max effect is if you have 2 others using it on crafted pvp items?
From what i see the base effect is like 285
also if you have info on the PPM with multiple people (description list that the proc rate drops)
Seems that the stats go up by 10% and the proc rate down by 7% for 1 player, and +20%/-14% for 2 players.
You can also have 2 of these which is prob BIs for rdruids who typically don’t need precog
you try casting a 1.5 second clone in this economy w/o pre-cog.
