Bought the Ensemble (Ensemble: Eternal Judgment Armor) on my Paladin for 60 Bronze Celebration tokens and I did not receive the set nor the accompanying achievement Upgraded Apparel. Reconnecting did not help.
Update (“Resolution”): I submitted a ticket and they told me there was nothing they could do and I should submit a bug report after waiting 19 hours. End result is I unsubbed and uninstalled the game.
Did you use the item you purchased?
I didn’t receive an ensemble token or anything, It just subtracted the cost from my currency.
You earned the Bronze Celebration Tokens and purchased the Ensemble on your Paladin character?
I’m looking through the logs, but I can only see them earning 26 Tokens overall, which is what you currently have. That character doesn’t appear to have completed most of the weekly quests that are available to allow you to earn the Bronze Celebration Tokens.
The only recent purchase I can really see is the Claymore of the Knight’s Pledge, which was for Timewarped Badges.

That is correct, I purchased it on my paladin this morning. checking the status of the token collector achievement also shows me at 70/100 and as you can see, my account has no other items purchased for bronze celebration tokens.
edit: its worth noting I was storing most of my celebration tokens on my hunter until this morning, should that be relevant in any way.

Much appreciated, I went ahead and finished out the achievement for collecting 100 tokens on my account and haven’t spent any (aside from buying the paladin ensemble) something is clearly up here and I don’t want to have to repurchase my main set when I can afford a second one today at the reduced price for having collected one esemble.
edit: for clarity I only have 60 tokens total on my account right now. I have the achievement Token Collector, which requires the account having earned 100 tokens, this indicates that my balance is incorrect as I haven’t spent a single token outside of the paladin ensemble which I wasn’t given.

Had the same thing just happen to me.
Had the same happen to me on my mage (Telo - Knights of Good on Zangermarsh) yesterday. Reached the 100 achievement, went directly to the vendor for the mage Ensemble. Took my 60 tokens and provided no ensemble, and obviously no achievement or drop in other prices. Logged out and back in. Nothing. Reached out to support via in game ui and was told to and posted a bug report. Posted bug report and, I know they are busy, but no response.
Looks like you earned the 100 achievement yesterday. I don’t think normal tickets are less then a day, and I am not sure what that response was
just to set expectations, a bug report in game usually does not get a response, it is not 2 way.
Just to make sure, the character also used the token the vendor sells to learn the ensemble?

To verify, after earning the 100 achievement I visited
- NPC: Traeya
I purchased
- Ensemble: Eternal Netherwind Regalia
I then confirmed desire to make the purchase.
Result:
Traeya accepted my 60 Bronze Tokens (leaving me 40) but provided nothing in return (no token, no ensemble, no bag or case to open). At least not that I can find. I have no ensembles in my bag, bank. the Eternal Netherwind Regalia (20th Anniv) set is grayed out in my Appearance Sets. I have no unopened cases in my bag. I do not see the ensemble in the Buy Back or Recovery listings (in case of accidental sell back).
The NPC currently shows the price of all ensembles as 60 Bronze tokens.
