Did not receive some 12-month subscription mounts

Hello,

I have had my 12-month subscription on auto renew from I believe 2022 and I never received some of the mounts from the most recent 12-month bundle.

What I obtained:

  1. Wondrous Wavewhisker
  2. Auspicious Arborwyrm
  3. Glub Pet

What I did not obtain:

  1. Gleaming Moonbeast
  2. Ginormous Grrloc
  3. Nightmarish Emerald Drake
  4. Cypress Pet

For more context, I was on a break for about a year and came back in early-mid April. I believe I even logged in a couple times in between just to see if there was anything to claim. When I opened the game, I was given the above items that I listed as “obtained” in-game. I checked my gifts tab and in game for the rest and did not receive them. I thought maybe I was timegated but I saw a bluepost saying the following:

If you’re currently on a 12-month recurring subscription with a future renewal date, you’ll receive the Ginormous Grrloc mount and the Gleaming Moonbeast mount in World of Warcraft®, and the Nightmarish Emerald Drake in Wrath of the Lich King Classic™, as a gift in your Battle.net desktop app at no additional charge no later than October 31, 2023 (must be redeemed by April 30, 2024).

I tried to find those items both before and after April 30th to no avail. Also, it seems kinda scummy to still advertise and say “You will receive (insert all items listed above)” when you sign up for the offer when its impossible to get half of them now and that information is not publicly available on the store as far as I can tell. Either way, they never showed up for me before April 30th so am I just out of luck? I was hoping to receive these since I was eligible to receive them but any help would be appreciated.

Have you tried opening a ticket using problem with payment option? Since the bonus items were tied to 12 months subscription, it seems to me payment problem would be the right option

Check your account status page and make sure it’s still actually set to auto renew, ie it has an actual future renewal date. Also check to make sure it is still indeed a year subscription instead of a 6mth/monthly.

I opened a ticket but it wasn’t under payment option. I think I got an automated response telling me to post it here so I went ahead and did it in case it was a bug affecting multiple users. If the current ticket fails I’ll try that but I’ll give the customer support forum a try. I appreciate the response, thanks!
