Did not get my death knight mount from quest

I completed the quest “Into the Realm of Shadows” but I did receive the Acherus Deathcharger.

I have the same issue. I cant figure out how to do a ticket to address it though

Same…I got disconnected just as I was dismounted from the Deathcharger, and, when I logged back in, no horse, but I got the other reward.

Same issue here, did the quest, took the horse, from the guy in the shadows, returned to quet giver and voila… NOTHING. I asked another player he said I should have gotten it. My Screen flickered at the time of turn in, the time I expected to recieve the mount.
