Did not get Enhanced level 70 character boost after purchasing the war within. I am logged into the account i purchased the expansion for and have done all the trouble shooting steps.

Same here i guess blizz cant get anything right. im gona miss lunch now because i dont have my toon 70 yet i bought that pack 2 days ago and still nothing. they scam us once again. we pay to play 3 days in advance now i did miss the prelunch event and big chance im gona miss the lunch of the expantion aswell.
you’ve been asked multiple times in your “scam” thread, if you’d already made a purchase of one of the lower tier packages.
there’s a reason people are asking this.

TL;DR: you don’t get a second boost just because you upgraded from the base package. You got your boost already and presumably already used it.

They upgraded from Base to Epic, and are expecting a second character boost, which means they have already used a boost, and are expecting another from upgrading.
