Wtf does ion just give himself gear or does he get carried for everything? Devs should honestly play the game they work on and maybe they would be able to see the same issues we see.

I’m guessing you’ve never healed or really understand logs from a healing perspective.
His logs are fine, you cannot read them in the same way you would DPS.
He is most famous for being wrong about not being able to kill a boss in vanilla

I’m 2/10M and I can safely say : there’s nothing impressive about that. Especially for the lead dev who knows the encounters before they even release.
