the only one i care about watching play Final Fantasy is Asmongold tbh. I think he’s the most influential wow steamer, so his opinion will have the biggest impact on our community.
I guess it is kind of big that Annie is on there, but I thought she was being sponsored?
Don’t worry guys not everything is lost I will be streaming soon for wow classic lol
Yeah I’ve been noticing this too lately.
I open up twitch and guys like Towelliee, Asmon, Richcampbell, Slootbag all dabbling in Final Fantasy stuff and/or talking about it
The WoW section has been pretty “dead” for the last 2 months or so, but at the same time there’s just been an explosion of activity surrounding FF.
Pretty… interesting trend, I don’t remember all these streamers playing competing MMO’s during BFA’s content droughts.
Due to the content draught, yes they switched.
All the streamers leaving? Nothing of value is lost as far as I’m concerned. Maybe their toxic fan bases will go with and the game will be a nicer place.

I’m with you, watching people play an MMO to me is on the same level as watching paint dry.

I don’t understand why you are even here.
cheering for wow to fail on the forums like GTFO bro.
I got my complaints about the current version of the game but I enjoy playing it. now I’ve never been over to the final fantasy forums even though I did give it a shot. is it like all world of Warcraft players complaining about final fantasy?
cuz this stuff is super annoying.
preach and Hazel are still playing wow and they’re the only ones that matter to me.
did you mean to quote somebody else? i’m not remotely cheering for wow to fail. i just don’t care if the streamers vanish.
What can anyone cover with wow?
OMG it’s pet week! The excitement is unbelievable.
Any streamer who wants to cover gaming better cover a few games and not just one.
Not sure what the OP is even talking about. Looking at Twitch right now at FFXIV has 9k viewers while WoW has 50k.
Outside of the Classic Beta streams can’t remember the last time an MMO in general got any where near the views of other genres on Twitch
I think you read that wrong, she was being sarcastic.
There isn’t much money to be made streaming FF14. It lacks quantity of difficult PvE and PvP is barely an afterthought.
Guess that’s why Bellular is still suckling on WoW’s teat for as long as he can…
Everyone follows the money. If FF pays the bills, they’ll get those shills.
Can someone remind me again why streamers are relevant?
