Did 8.2 Break 'Fizzle' Fix?

Did the game start making the ‘Fizzle’ sound for anyone else after the patch? The sound I’m referring to is the sound the game plays when you spam a spell while GCD is still happening. Any fix?

It did for me. I straight up cant play the game with that sound going off.

Yes, mine is “fixed” again. Very annoying sound, I have to mute in game sound to play.
