I’d like to through WWmonk into the options. The spec might seem complicated and I’m sure it can be played better than how I’m about to lay it out but it rewards not pressing the same attack in a row both from a talent and the mastery of a monk. I’ve gotten some rather okay/good results just not hitting the same attack in a row

Devastation Evoker is just fire breath eternity surge and lazer.

Some spells you can macro together too with trinket for easy use.

I had thought about destroy evoker. I don’t mind high apm vs so much bloat can’t fit it on the keyboard. I’d be be perfectly fine with high apm as long as I’m not tracking 500 cooldowns and buffs. High apm keeps the add at bay despite the inevitable hand cramp. My all time fav classes were warrior bear, rogue and dk, except frost dk. Dk and rogue are my most familiar. But I’m def willing to change things up.

Akyria, I highly recommend Ret Paladin. It produces really well with Hekili as well and will only need to understand when to use your CD’s.

Thanks to an accident >3 decades ago, I have a mild essential tremor and some apraxia and other nerve damage that results in non-presses and multi-presses of the same button. I only have consistent non-apraxic use with thumb, first, and middle fingers on my left hand with the somewhat significant issues with the ring and pinky finger. I also have issues with word recall, and that includes class abilities at times though I generally know which icons do what just might not recall the ability names etc in a given moment.

Firstly, I’ll note that I keep certain types of abilities consistent on certain buttons /key-binds (movement enhancement, interrupts, etc.).

I also recommend ret paladin. Though I like other melee dps specs more, I play ret paladin the most simply because it’s easier for me to play with the issues I have. Arms warrior too.

Trying destro warklock right now some, and it also works fairly easily for me compared to the ranged that I normally like to play (arcane mage, balance).

I have played this class for almost 8 years now. I like to say it’s easy and I don’t have to think about what buttons I’m pressing.

But personally, I think that on what kind of content you’re doing, you could play any class using a more simplistic rotation.

BM hunter, it doesnt get much simplier than that to be honest

I’d throw my agreement in on BM hunter.

A fun (imo) low stress class to play. Plus you have the built in side game of finding cool pets to tame.

Hunters are one of my four favorite classes I have three atm.

Marksman isn’t bad either but I think BM has slightly better “fun factor “ though.

I would not suggest Elemental.

Fury Warrior. I press like 4 buttons most of the time.

You guys have all been awesome. I’m trying to narrow it down. My problem is the area affected in my brain also puts my add on steroids so I have the hardest time picking something and sticking to it. I wish I could create a poll so peeps can vote. I did prefer tanking before I left and did prefer melee. If I did tank it’d only be fore follower dungeons and delves.

Play a healer I’m diagnosed with schizophrenia that’s trying to overload all my senses throughout the whole day aka sensory overload and everyone always needs a healer and it’s the easiest class to play in pve or a demon hunter. You’ll always find groups as a healer.

It sounds like you wont be able to play very competitively. So I would suggest taking whatever class you like and simplifying the rotation, and accepting you won’t be doing the absolute max dps possible.

I highly recommend delves as well. You can take as long as you want. There is no pressure.

I have a family member diagnosed with that. I’m sorry to hear that. They’re not doing to well either.

I’ve healed on a priest and pally. Things can go south very and get frantic. Hard to level as a healer too unless you grind dungeons.

This one, right here. Ret is a blast to play! You’ll have a tool for almost every situation, and even when the rotation isn’t executed perfectly, you’ll still do decent damage. Even more fun is how many utilities you have.

I’m sorry to hear of your predicament. I have some cognitive impairment as well, resulting from hemochromatosis (Iron overload). Its mainly memory related thus far.

I would offer Beast Mastery Hunters, its straight forward, Get off as many Kill Commands as you can. I still play my many alts, but BM hunters are always quite chill to play. There’s also higher survivability and having a pet to take the pressure off you. There is a fair amount of skills to use, but you are mainly using a smaller set which won’t require a complicated rotation. Pet hunting is a fun past time also.

This is my ret. Kinda torn about her since she was created when blood elves first came out. I like the hole holy knight kinda thing just as much as the darker side of the dk. There are a few of the animations that bug me now. Mainly blade of justice where she just raises her hand. I might give her another try since, like blood dks, they’re nigh unkillable unless you aren’t paying attention.

I can’t say that I’ve played a female BE paladin before, but huh! I could have swore that everyone had the whole holding the sword up for the BoJ animation. I’d definitely still give them a shot though! VERY chunky and once you get your full kit.

I think you’ll have a blast!

my wife usually plays a bm hunter when she’s on. She mainly collects pets…
