I would not recommend Demon Hunter if the goal is simplicity.
The ‘correct’ DPS rotation is now 19 abilities deep and tanks have around 24 abilities they need to keep tabs on at all times. “Lul 3 button class” hasn’t been a thing since Legion.

they simplified arcane mage. its mostly insta spams now
fury warrior. you just whack-a-mole what shines and fill with whatever tickles your fancy if nothing is lit up.
ww monk also to some extent but theres a bit more thinking going into it imo. and you cant spam the same thing twice in a row.
The simplest class/spec that I’ve played is BM Hunter.
Also, if you use addons, rotation helpers can be beneficial if you want to take the thought out of a rotation and don’t care about being 100% optimal.
and blood dk. so easy. 3 attacks, 2 of which heal ya. lol
I’m going to throw my vote in for warlock. You get a tanking pet, the class if visually pleasing, and we have the best mogs out of any class.
<— Exhibit A
Yeah id go BM hunter myself. A BM hunter is my “vanity” toon and its the easiest thing to ever play.
As a few have said either a BM Hunter or a Balanced Druid…I play both and very easy rotation to use…with BM get yourself a healing spirit pet helps a lot sometimes…for druid you heal yourself …so its a win win…
I’m very sorry to read this.
I also want to suggest this group if you want to meet up with relaxed, mature folks to do content - even delves or normal dungeons. I’ve met amazing people here, and played in keys from +2 to +26 with folks from WME (wow made easy) over the seasons.
The issue I have with Hekili is I can’t figure out how to only have it show when in combat. It’s annoying if it’s constantly there.
/hekili and under display there should be a *Multiple, click that then → Visibility → check advanced → set default opacity to 0 and keep target, combat and combat w/ target where you want them.
Dragon Flight has follower dungeons which go from level 10-70. You can try different classes/specs and see which one works for you.
Demon Hunter
I’ll try that. Thanks.
well, theoretically, you want something that isnt going to put undue strain on your arms. that would mean no cast time, instant abilities, easily spammed to compensate for when your hand shakes are disruptive.
how do I do those?
drop down box on the LFG tool
queue it as follower dungeon
button center screen have the tank lead the way
Thanks! so much!!!
You guys have really been helpful so far. Thank you for the replies I’m getting.
I have one of everything… im not that great a player and i have pain and numbness tingling in my hands and arms. So for me personally as others have said BM hunter is the easiest plus its ranged so alot of things die b4 they get to u! Not many spells to use so easy rotation.
