When will we get items? I believed right away or is it when the new expat comes out?
It should be an instant unlock (according to the Shop). Have you logged into both Diablo IV and WoW to ensure both game systems see the new items?

Also, make sure you check your Transaction History (https://account.battle.net/transactions) to make sure the transaction is showing as Complete instead of Pending.

Yes it does say complete and does not say pending.

Community Manager, Kaivax, Posted an announcement tonight over on the General Discussion Forum that starting tomorrow if you pre-ordered the new Diablo IV expansion, That your items will arrive on the first character you log into.

Its tomorrow. I just pre-purchased and logged in, still nothing. Did you mean they should start showing up on Saturday?

We will see. I see they are doing an update today. Maybe it will come when that happens.
Still doesn’t appear they’ve adjusted whatever they need to for the delivery of the items.
Yeah, same here. I’ve tried logging in and out of Diablo IV and back onto WoW multiple times. I even made a new paladin on Diablo IV. Nothing in my bank, mailbox, bags, or decor collection, despite multiple assurances from Blizzard GMs that things should be working correctly.

I purchased the ultimate edition of diablo 4 and didn’t get my WoW decor items in WoW. What do?
Should go live in the morning on first toon u log on.

I checked a number of folks who purchased Lords of Hatred and confirmed that you all have the licenses for the Housing stuff in WoW. Looks like they need to be activated in-game to appear though, which is what they are working on.
They should be able to do that with a hotfix, which is in the process of testing.

thank you. I got one item, but it looks like there is more diablo stuff for chess ? is that also with the preorders?
I’ve pre-ordered it and got the housing decor (that is automatically added). But I haven’t received the chess pieces, active chess game board/sign, etc. (just the blank chess board). Is there something I’m supposed to have do to get the items? I’ve looked through numerous toons I’ve logged into today to see if there are items there (I wasn’t aware of the post by Kaivax about it appearing only on the first toon logged in until I looked for the decors and couldn’t find all of them…)
