DH PVP HELP

So ive been playing DH, and i notice other DH's in arena can fly in and just melt people.. Im not sure what im doing differently, but it almost feels like im barely doing any damage at all.. Playing 1,3,1,1,2,3,1 as talents. My ilvl is 350, 18% crit, 18% haste, 19% mastery and 8% vers.. is there something im missing? Why do i not do such crazy damage like other DH's? or do i just suck haha, anybody have any opener tips? or burst tips? or what to do exactly to help me out a little bit. also what should i put my stats too? like 20% haste and 10% vers? or what.. Not really sure what im doing with this class lol. Just want to get better at PvP :P

go buy a darkmoon deck: fathoms its only 355 but its the bis trinket for demon hunter

also make sure you use blade dance on cooldown and set up burst with eye beam. you have a battlefield focus trait so try to use eye beam every time that procs, usually like 40-50k damage burst

Yeah I can't seem to figure it out either, seen lots of other DHs come in and burst my healer but I try the same thing and can't even kill without my healer using their burst damage. I have fathoms as well but I still can't manage to really "burst" very much. And any burst I do is more often than not healed back up as I'm using burst. I've tried different combinations of talents as well and still have to rely on my healer in 2s to kill.

Guessing everyone’s using Darkmoon again because of battlefield focus? Couple weeks ago I didn’t see anyone wearing it but now More people got battlefield focus and I see all top dh wearing fathoms. I haven’t done arena in a while so I don’t have the trait yet I need to get some games in

make sure you are lining up your burst while you have fury pooled. if you are ready to burst with cds/on use trinkt/eye beam etc, make sure ur CC cd's are up to to cross CC

Run in and hit spacebar twice, then close your eyes and just hit random buttons. Oh and mana rift. You win

So are you guys like running demonic build full time now with battlefield focus or swapping depending on matches?

i havent qd in a little over a month so im behind on rewards but i should be able to get shoulders soon with b focus & i see all the other dh at least logged out in demonic spec (at least thats what armory says i know they prob did other stuff too)

wondering if i missed the memo

bro just do dam. get fury, fel rush for momentum if ur playing it, damage buttons

meta if u want beforehand

that's it

i always get confused i hear little damage. you gotta be either dumping all ur dmg into the tankiest target all the time or something(earthern totem, shield, etc.), or ur skipping globals

just pick the juiciest target with no cds at whatever moment

Darkmoon is really strong by itself, it has been a BIS trinket for havoc since it has been available.

Demonic build with immo aura/blind fury is definitely the best imo, ive seen some people play demon blades/fel rush and do decent damage output.
