DH bad spot for everyone?

Been avging 18.5 to 19 overal in this weeks 18s to 20s. Love the justrus build, class plays just fine for me. I sinbrand a target and forget about it.

My veng spec does 11k avg. Not sure how you can say im doin 12… warlogs dps overall is extremely inaccurate because it takes into account the entire dungeon time of runing to next pack or downtime… details addon doesnt take that into account

A Hunter that is 15 ilvl below will match or out dps me any day in M+. Ret paladin matches my DPS while tanking the whole dungeon at same ilvl or lower. On higher keys, a hunter will do double my DPS, and they are many ilvls below and perhaps new to the class.

I’ve been discriminated as a Havoc DH many times on 15+ keys: either flatout declined, or invited, and the party leader found a better DPS class and kicked me without thought.

In Raid, hunters around 240 ilvl will match my 274 ilvl dps. What more needs to be said? Havoc is not in a good place.

Sure, you can play with less skilled or complete fools and outdps them and feel good, but in the end, does it make sense to you that a Hunter, 20 ilvls below you, will match or out dps you in any high keys/raids? This is just very backwards balancing on Blizzard, whoever is in charge of that needs to get fired or moved to another dept. I’m not buying any more tokens until they fix this.

It embarrasses me in many high keys my DPS barely tops the tank… I mean by 0.5% in many cases.

A big issue i see here are people commenting and arguing with each other while playing vastly different levels of m+. You have most % of the class doing 15 to 18s, maybe 20s feeling that their dps is fine but arguing with people who are pushing 25s… beamzy over here is doing 25s, and part of a group that is less than 0.5% of the enire wow population… meanwhile most of us, 99% are just doing 15s to 20s… you will never come to any agreement because you’re coming from different worlds.

Nah, it should be good.

Consider Bland Dance, a baseline ability for Havoc and Mind Sear a baseline ability for Shadow.

For Shadow that ability is a filler for AE and does damage accordingly. For Havoc the skill in question also does filler damage.

Moving to a talent means that for single target fighting, you’re not wasting time/talents on Bland Dance. And for AE hopefully it can be made powerful as a choice on its own instead of the current situation where multiple talents still don’t make it that good.
