I don’t know any comps because we on classic
nothing because there is no one to que with
dh/arms is insane
last i checked cheerios and green were #1 team on ladder
dh/dk is still really good
dh/ww is okay prob not as good as either of those tho

can DH pair with any casters this season?
prob wouldn’t be as good as anything with mortal strike
that is a bummer. I was hoping it still played well with boomy
boomy kinda rough around the edges atm
need destro lock or a REALLY good ele
i’ve seen scary wwmoonkins though but didnt feel that rough
DH Spriest DH Boomkin were insane S1 due to dampen play style. I qd DH Lock and beat Mes a few times but he was qing dk survival. Class just needs a mortal strike duo so DH arms DH wwer are your best bet only criminals play dh dk and mana burn.
would you suggest DH or rogue for arena now?
Rogue has a thousand more playable comps so rogue. Don’t play DH it always has trash comps that it can play. Double melee is the least fun thing since stepping on a lego.
i dont know how someone can play a 3 button 1 dimensional spec like havoc and say something like "melee cleave no fun!!11!!’
Was thinking DH just for the easy of mythics/arena playstyle. This will be my alt. if it is not viable at all, i understand.

you enjoyed those because they were easier to play than melee cleaves because of dread
i enjoyed it because it was more fun to q as those comps into RMX and having a lot more tools to shut down a mage set up.

hes like 2.9k atm.
hes usually running rdruid/dk/dh and they do pretty well with it
the games r pretty fast its either kill or be killed not much of that dampening BS

I guess i am just having second thoughts on my choice of DH. I cannot believe I am giving so much time/thought on an alt - but with the time requirement now, I am nervous I will get to 430 ish and never find a game or a comp.
dh since release has been the best 2’s dps in the game
as for 3’s dh/rdruid and previously dh/mw you could really never go wrong
arms/dh has been pretty consistent
i personally have always found dh dk to be unreal boring from the dk perspective
dh/wizard worked for short whiles in legion and worked REALLY well in bfas1 specifically because rsham and moonkin/sp were so overtuned in all aspects you just add mana burn and could never lose
the dh didnt actually do ANYthing besides mana burn in either of those or dh/dks sinister qs
ultimately you’d be choosing to play manaburn the class most patches
then the other 30% of the time you’d just be brainlessly doing top tier damage on accident with a clunky rotation and a warrior spamming mortal strike and stormbolt for you
Only DH/caster comp I’ve seen high recently this season enjoying some success is DH/Destro.

Dude I just miss legion demo in general. Whether mele i played it with in leg was fun, including DH. Some key parts of the spec that made it good in pvp were gutted with BFA and demo a hot trash total-turret baby now.
