…Doesn’t disc still OOM? Don’t think their mana got buffed much in 10.2, unless I’m missing something in the notes.
Either way it’s not half as problematic as rdruid.

I dont think it’s as bad as ret. I remember 10.0.7 was the first time I stopped playing the game entirely.
But this is still pretty bad and will hopefully see some adjustments.

An oom disc can still live lord its insane
I’ve been playing into rdruids in SS on my disc, they havent got a hope since they cannot drink LOL.
I ran a DH/Disc OOM as Affy/Castweaver the other night. 60 seconds later they somehow managed to beat us when I went OOM, when the other healer had no mana the entire time. Lol

I actually feel like this has been a common occurrence with disc priest for as long as I can remember. I know their mana regen is actually reduced by a lower % than other healers in pvp and they have fiend and shield discipline to add additional regen. Meanwhile on hpal if you oom, you can’t press a button for 45 seconds unless the other team falls asleep and lets you drink rofl.
Couldn’t part of that be DH self-healing?
You can’t really beat them down in Meta because of their leech
Shield Discipline + Mind Bender(1 min CD) + Inner Light and Shadow(Inner Light) = cheap Shields and infinite mana.
I take this back, I got a quick 1800 and stopped queuing until they fix it lol.
Let’s hope they do it. Because they flat out ignored ret for a long while, which is what really made 10.0.7 the worst.

Took me a while but I figured out how to beat it, its wrath + boomy form + mastershapeshifter so you get mana back on cast. No need to drink just spam wraths with treants all day. Woo Hoo!
Ret had a series of nerfs starting with an emergency hotfix just a couple days after 10.0.7 released.
