Been trying since yesterday and I can’t even access the page to properly request a refund.
The amount of people regretting their decision to buy this trainwreck must be at an all-time high. How many people am I competing with to get the page to load?
I don’t think you understand what irony means. Anyway, thanks for the bumps, it does give my thread increased visibility and makes it more likely a CS rep sees it and relays the bad loading times to a server engineer.
Not sure why people would preorder and request a refund at this point… preorders are a gamble a lot of the time as is.
As for DF it’s… fine? It’s fine. Leveling my rogue currently. The quests zones are okay. The art is nice.
No idea what kind of game loops this will all bring, but stripped down it certainly is looking… and that might actually be okay. I’d like it if WoW were like other MMOs and taking a week off didn’t feel like a massive drop in power/impossible to catch up.
This isn’t a constructive post at all. Not only did you post it to the wrong forum if you are seeking CS help, but the second paragraph was just unnecessary. Your only purpose for posting this in general forum was to seek attention and validation from others.
Perfectly fine the way it’s stated. To have your refund page not load for a few days is an issue because they’ll site that as a reason to not give refunds. I’m in the same boat. 100% on Blizzard’s end.
Didn’t work for me either got mine refunded via ticket took about 5 hours I think. Unfortunately couldn’t get my 1 month of game time refunded but at least I didn’t have to eat $54.11. I’ll probably try to refund the game time if the self refund tool comes back up
