If i bought the DF Collectors Edition but already have the deluxe edition i receive a refund? Where? Blizzard credits?
I tried to ask on the shop support but receive a strange msg tks
What they did for the past expansions is if you buy the upcoming expansion’s physical edition and then use it to replace a digital one, you get the digital refunded. However, this has already expired past year.
… as long as you redeem the Collector’s Edition code before December 31, 2023.
There was plenty of time and the next upcoming expansion that will be likely eligible is TWIW and not Dragonflight anymore.
According the newsblog launch back then, this has also been mentioned in the fine print:
Remember, you will need to enter the Collector’s Edition key before 11:59 p.m. PST on December 31, 2023, as automatic Blizzard Balance credits will be turned off at that time.

They re-release DF Collectors edition this month. You could redem december if you buy today 
Thats my question, they forgot to update the dates or this version you dont get a refund?

While the wording in some sources say “refund” it was more of a credit granted to those who wanted to purchase the game immediately so they could start playing the day of Dragonflight’s release, but who also wanted the physical Collector’s Edition.
The credit is no longer available, you would have had to redeem it by the date in that blog and support article. Sorry.
