Tickets say to post in the forums, not the Customer Support Forum. The Bug Report Forum is one of those forums. Also, ALL bug reports are read. They are not replied to by a Blizzard poster unless they need more information. Just because you don’t like the replies you received here does not invalidate the fact that they have all been correct and factual.
