If I could like this a million times I would.
May never happen.
I honestly don’t see +15s and +20s being queueable.
The outcry on these forums for nerfs because “THE RANDOM GROUP MATCH MAKING DIDN’T GIVE US AN OPTIMAL COMP”
making it queueable might actually do the complete opposite of “fixing”
Imagine queueing into a +17 and you got no lust?
that’s what you’re asking for.
Wrong. You don’t need to log to be tracked by raiderIO.
This question HAS been answered multiple times, it’s the same reason everybody else wants better gear, because us solo players still want to progress our characters. But this fact is ignored by the try-hards, sorry " instanced players", because they don’t think solo players “deserve” anything better. At 3:30 am I “might” be able to solo that rare, but with better gear I might have time to kill two before work interferes. And there are still some class/spec combos that struggle so better gear is always helpful.
And as a business decision I think it’s shortsighted for Daddy Blizz…if I have a super low ceiling I’m far more likely to quit when I hit it. I stayed through the spitegates for Legion and BfA because I could SLOWLY progress via WF/TF, benthic Visions, etc. I didn’t for SL because I hit my ceiling after a few weeks and there was no point. Just my 2¥.
Tbh thought that argument would have been put to rest when war, and titan forging were removed, but obviously not lol.
I’d argue that 385 is fine, and the buff to 395 that the primal storms gear is getting in 10.0.7 is completely unnecessary.
359 vendor stuff getting buffed? I only did a few boring storm trash mob grinds to get a set for transmog lol. Unless you had a couple decent rings, or trinks to go with the 359 stuff, it wasn’t even high enough to get you into lfr lol. Because the vendor didn’t sell rings etc. Haven’t played it/retail in weeks, so not really kept up with what is happening in that next mini patch.
Aw, that hurts you huh?
Next patch they are adding a 3rd tier of upgrades with a new currency, so you’ll buy it at 359 with overflow, upgrade to 385 with sigils (where we are now), then to 395 with new thing from new zone.
Combine that with the new 424 ring and the free infusions from renown, and world content players will have a ilvl of about 400. So anyone who claims a 39 ilvl gap is lying for effect, as it’s going to be 20 by end of season.
That ilvl tells them they should be running heroic raid or 17+ keys for upgrades, but in no way prepares them for that level of content.
Since there is a crowd here in this thread that doesn’t want people who doesn’t do certain content to have decent gear, it seems this thread debunked that thread didn’t it.
I do believe I answered that in another post but in case you didn’t read it:
- soloing raids - Maybe they want to solo SL or BFA content
- soloing dungeons - Maybe they want to solo DF dungeons (or maybe mythic dungeons in SL)
- Taking on R+ solo (or a world boss) - not many people out in the world these days, maybe they want to farm the + rares
- Maybe they just want to walk around town in decent gear
- Maybe they want to pull a whole zone of mobs and kill them
Whatever they want to do is their business and forcing them to do content that they don’t want to do in order for them to do content they do want to do is a terrible business strategy as it just drives people away.
Of course, Blizzard now has a strategy to make sure people stay subbed monthly even if they don’t play the game. Maybe that strategy will pay off, or maybe people will wake up and see they are wasting their money just to get recolored items.
You don’t need the gear you’re asking for to do this.
You don’t need the gear you are asking for, to do this.
If the world boss is that difficult, an extra 10 ilvls wont make a diff.
Earn it.
Biting more than you can chew, so we should reward them?
You’re free to do or not do any content in the game.
But know that you will get little sympathy if you choose to not do some content, then decided to whine about not getting the rewards from that content.
This can also be more solo content than ever before. You can get a profession army going and send crafting orders between alts.
Oooh, hadn’t thought of that. Boy, do I plan to under tip there.
4 gold commission, just to round up
4!?!? Isn’t the minimum 1c or something, haven’t played with it enough.
1 silver is the minimum cut
When sending orders to my alts/guildies, I usually just tip π
Can’t take this serious when you list 0 things for solo players in DF when it’s factually incorrect.
In my experience on the forums, I’ve found that self-described solo players have the largest victim complexes.
And it’s been rebutted many times.
This game rewards loot based on difficulty. You do the easiest content you get the lowest gear rewards which means you cap out earlier than everyone else.
If you want to progress learn to do group content.
