The defensive nerf for DH was welcome but Devourer damage is still too overwhelming. They are in metamorphosis for way too long. It’s actually idiot proof that it lasts so long because if they get chain CC’d on it, they still have like 30 more seconds left anyway (it feels like). The duration needs nerfed. If you play pillars and hide from meta, they have so much mobility and CC anyway that they can disrupt your kite attempts easily. You physically can’t play the game until their CDs are over oftentimes and meta outlasts most defensive CDs. This spec needs PvP changes. I don’t care how simple the rotation is or that it’s the “new spec”. The game is way worse off with this mickey mouse spec design and gameplay.
If DH can die then I don’t think the damage is too much if an issue.
I’m still going against dev DHs running 6% or less versatility. The spec is fried and not made with PvP in mind at all apparently.
only complaint after the defensive nerf is that the fury decay in meta shouldn’t be paused when you’re CC’ed. It’s a stupid handicap they have and it needs to go.
CC’ing them should be a viable means of wasting their cooldowns and set up.

My point exactly. Being punished on your burst is something all specs in the game have to deal with.

That’s not even remotely how it works.
You get a significantly reduced fury drain but it still ramps up the fury drain that will happen.
So while the dh may lose maybe 6 or so fury during a 3s stun it will still ramp the drain that’s going to ramp up over time by those 3s.
Dev literally just brain checks people and you’re all failing lmao

also i dont understand those peoples what telling me “just kite” i pre kite, he switches on my heal or other dps and blast him to death lol

Exactly this. It doesn’t matter how defensive you play against them. Because this happens and the fact that if you commit to playing that defensive, it’s like a full wasted minute of your life not playing the game until they just have meta right back again anyway. It’s too much.
