…I can’t help but feel this way sometimes. Like, I don’t think it’s true, but damn does it feel like whoever makes that final decision on what goes live just doesn’t like certain player activities.
Probably the same person who decided that even though we have cross-faction guilds, we can’t actually quest or queue with players from the other faction. This only matters to me in the first 2-4 weeks of an expansion, but still, it is such an unnecessary restriction that goes completely against the idea of cross-faction guilds.
I am in favor of factions still being a thing, but I am also in favor of letting people play together regardless of what team they decided to pick. It feels like we’re moving towards that, but it’s one step forward and twelve steps back. We’ll get there… someday.
