Dev is good, but it’s not broken tbh. The damage is a bit high.

Only issue with dev is hover uptime is kind of absurd(mainly due to the fact that they are snare immune during the entire duration of it and not because of hover mechanics itself) due to deep breath resetting charges, Damage is high but fine.

Dev’s damage is overtuned with 3 beams and needs hover reset removed.

Then it’s fine.
