The oceanic servers got shut down during the ‘emergency maintenance’ for the US realms, despite them working and running normally prior to the shutdown. Then a ~1hr+ maintenance right during peak raid hours, first raid day of the raid week. Thanks blizz 
Oh! For some reason, I was under the impression that there were no OCE servers still active for Classic Progression, but Arugal is indeed still an AU server.
