Doing Normal Tomb of Sargeras, killed Goroth and Demonic Inquisiton’s door didn’t open. I decided to leave the raid and reset, but the door didn’t open. Cleared the whole raid, since I have the skip, and came back after Kil’jaeden. Still closed.
Not a big deal, but still weird.
Just tried doing normal tomb of sargeras as well and same thing happened to me, but I don’t have the skip so I can’t continue to maiden, both doors shut.
Yeah having this same issue on mythic. Demonic Inquisition door is just locked wont open. Cleared raid as well, but cant progress further because of the locked door. What a terribly crappy bug
Same. Old content bugs just stacking to the ceiling these days.
Man I’m loving that every week some bug or another stops me from being able to collect my warrior set from ToS.
week later, same bug, I guess I’m not completing the heroic set for yet another week 
same bug here. Cannot get past Demonic Inqusition, doors don’t open.
Bug still happening 4 months later. Happend to me today. My monk misses another week for a chance at the helm 
I know this is an old thread, but if you’re having trouble with this, let the first boss do his thing before you kill him. Instant killing him appears to glitch the doors. Just wait before you pull and dps a bit slower.

Was there any solution to this problem? I submitted a ticket because i don’t want to lose this lockout but i have a feeling blizzard is not going to get back to me. All i need them to do is open this door.
A year and a half later, this is still happening, apparently. I believe it may be because I engaged Goroth before he became attackable and before the doors to Demon Inquisition actually closed. I did this by using Thrash when no other ability would work. DI holds the last piece of my Stormheart set. How infuriating.

Just jumping in as another voice to say this bug still exists and, and least in my experience, happens frequently. Two out of the past three weeks for me.

still happens sometimes on mythic
edit - went back an hour later and it opened
Just happened to me on mythic, suppose I’ll check back again in an hour to see if it’s open
