Demo pets (specifically felguard) do a lot more passively than BM pets. You can just kill bm pets behind a pillar if they don’t pull them back when you’re running. Felguard is going to passively do like 10k dps to you with intermittent 50-60k legion strikes while not dying because it gets the bonus from that talent that makes it’s primary attack do more damage when it only hits one thing. BM pets don’t do that much damage unless the hunter is in range/los of you. DH/ret can beat hunter ret pretty easily just playing like arms/ret would.
