How about you try insulting some random stranger like that to their face and see how that goes for you, keyboard warrior. I live on my own and pay my own bills, where do you live, in the closet?
So more changes will get us there faster, eh?
You know there’s a version of WoW with 15 years worth of changes, right?
Because the reality is that one more change should inevitably lead to one more change, because nothing is ever going to be balanced and fair for everyone.
There is, however, a version of the game that is balanced and fair for everyone.
You don’t want classic WoW. You want not BFA, but really, you want BFA.
then why even post on this thread, pve warrior.
Because I like PVP. I like PVP servers. I rolled on a PVP server. I rerolled to Alliance, because I heard there was an imbalance, and OBVIOUSLY wanted to be the underdog, as I’m sure almost ANYONE who does enjoy PVP would prefer.
EDIT:
From my perspective, your ideas, and your opinions are way off base, and rather than playing along with your claiming the victim and asking others to solve your problems, I thought I’d point out that there are many ways you could take matters into your own hands.
so Just because you rerolled, everyone else should to. Some of us don’t enjoy the leveling experience as much as you. Personally, I don’t want to have to reroll every time blizzard lets the imbalance get too skewed . I also don’t think it’s very fair if blizzard offers paid transfers or paid faction changes instead of free ones for the mess they created, which is what I would assume may happen next.
I don’t enjoy the leveling experience. EDIT (I don’t particularly enjoy the leveling experience)
It’s what is currently available.
I dislike it when people have choices, but would prefer to ask for massive, sweeping changes to appease their own wishes, rather than take matters into their own hands.
I’m suggesting that if you like PVP, then go PVP. If you don’t like or can’t handle the server you are on, change servers. If you don’t want to do that, then go do something else. There are many, many choices.
Complaining that only Blizzard can fix the mistakes that you yourself made, at least in my opinion, will not resolve any issues.
It may be possible that server transfers are coming soon. If that’s the case, then good for you, you can transfer! I suspect that Blizzard will be somewhat hesitant to enable population-changing events, such as transfers very hastily though, as when they did to appease the whining about queue times, it seems to have increased the whining about PVP.
So what mistake do you think I personally made? Are you talking about me personally or those who are quitting? Making this about me doesn’t change the fact that people are quitting .
I think, when given the choice, you selected PVP, but what you really wanted was PVE.
So because someone else brought up the same issues, I shouldn’t bring it up? No two people are allowed to have the same issue that still exists?
you said you didnt know it would be like this. there was plenty of evidence it would be like this. not sure what you’re trying to say
Of course it’s Blizzard’s job to fix problems in their game. The community doens’t exist. It never existed. There’s only individuals who will make whatever choice that is best for them. Blizzard is the only entity that can or wants to do what is best, in their opinion, for the game to maintain the maximum amount of subscriptions.
That being said I’m not sure there’s a solution to the problems on pvp servers. The best of the many bad solutions is to allow transfers to pve realms. It will likely essentially mean the end of pvp servers as most will be one faction servers.
The general message at the start of Classic was “warts and all” and “there will be no petitioning the devs”. Not saying whether that’s good or bad, but it is what it is. You find a way to work with it as is, or reroll, or stop playing.
Why does it matter if there was evidence of factions being unbalanced or not? The fact remains, there is an imbalance and blizzard could fix their game if they tried to.
Why would Blizzard fix something that isn’t broken?
that you chose a PVP server.
If players are quitting the game over the imbalance then it is a problem.
So what if I choose a pvp server? What does my actions have to do with the people that are quitting? I am not the one ganking them.
If people are indeed quitting due to imbalance, then sure, it is a problem to those people who are quitting for that reason.
So what?
That’s a good question. I don’t know.
Are people quitting? How many?
Why are they quitting? Are they quitting due to faction imbalance? Are they quitting due to other reasons? Such as life?
Are some people using faction imbalance as an excuse to stop spending 50+ hours/week playing a game that they used to play when they were in college, but now simply cannot devote that much time to?
I don’t know.
How different are the numbers of people quitting after the first three months of release from the projections?
Can’t wait to see you in warsong gulch
Yes for those players it’s a problem, but on the other hand they quit so for those that choose PvP servers for the PvP server experience and not because their friends did or they wanted to seem cooler for some reason the imbalance is what they want and Blizzard should not force them to fix it for people who don’t even play anymore.
heah so what if players quit, and eventually you have no one to play with,in a community driven game.
as the majority of the playerbase either a) loves the imbalance on PvP servers and plays there or b) plays Normal servers the few quitting over this shouldn’t be an issue.
