People love to complain about bad pug players in their raids/m+ groups.
The bad players are just there to get the gear. They don’t want to play with you either.
Let them earn the mythic gear by themselves and you’ll never need to know they exist or be bothered by them.

Yeah no way, solo content will never be as hard as group. Hardest content should give the best rewards.

They will, actually. According to the delve section at Blizzcon, Delves will scale up to +15 equivalent gear. Not mythic raid level, but that’s about high end heroic level.
If delves grow to reflect the difficulty of a M+, perhaps.
Not sure how that will work though.
Mythic raid loggers would complained about having to them. The dev team only really cares about mythic raid loggers nowadays.

and Delves should only give mythic level gear, if they are mythic level difficulty. Not sure how you’ll accomplish that without having a full crew.

The best gear in the game should never come from solo content.
Delves will give you a piece of heroic gear in the vault.
The same way you can get a wyrm crest to craft heroic equivalent with your great vault by doing LFR or heroic dungeons.
This is such a bad take.
Mythic raid logging isn’t a thing till the end of the tier after all the grinding of the game has been completed.
Delves should give a new level of gear called “Cursewordstastic” that is always better than everything forever!

The best gear in the game should come from PVP.
As a solo player I’m 100% fine with solo content topping out at the same level as LFR. The item level itself is irrelevant if you aren’t trying to do even more challenging tasks that require it. LFR is my end game where I can consider a character’s ilvl complete for that patch.
If the gear is locked at M0 level and everyone else is getting M+~20 gear, is it really “the best”?
My prediction is that, like Horrific Visions, the higher-end stuff will be at a difficulty that will be beyond some players.
And they will come and complain that Delves are “only for the 1%” just like they did with Horrific Visions.
But we’ll see.
I think delves will be fine on that front as they dont have the major issue that visions had.
With delves, you spend your currency at the end after youve won. You can keep trying if you fail.
With visions, you had to spend it up front. So you got limited attempts.
It’s pretty easy to get solo content that’s harder than LFR, and delves should be just that.
Yeah it is. Been mythic raid logging this entire expansion and its been great.
Yeah. If it’s tuned to be on par with Normal or Heroic then I’d be good with Delves dropping appropriate loot. As someone else said, though, I don’t see how they’d ever make a solo activity a hard as a mythic raid.
When people talk about logging they usually mean people pushing parses, aka going for 100% or as close to it. Not people logging 30%'s. No offense.
As for should or shouldn’t they, they 100% should. Delves are advertised as being their own pillar. Not a stepping stone.
I worry about me getting too hyped over delves only for it to be another visions of N’zoth. I want something like solo M+ (infinitely scaling, leaderboards, good challenge and good gear from it). I’ll wait a few months before thinking about delves more. I also learned from torghast beta not to trust anything before it’s live.
