Delve Loot is Perfectly Fine; just cause you blew through them

So occasional players. Yeah, that’s what I got from delves. “Do the world content for keys, do bountiful delves and have a good week!”

If you truly don’t care about how other people attain their gear then why is it a problem that 5 manning delves are an easy way to get it?

OK here is my argument. Delves are not designed to be run as a 5 man dungeon team. The loot rewards are based on the difficulty of not having all roles filled. When you go in solo/duo it is plenty difficult enough. Even 3 manning it can be a challenge if you don’t have every roll filled, which again is how delves are tuned to be and targeted at an audience that isn’t likely to have that available. You keep wanting to ignore that fact. Would you be OK if all else stayed the same and they just said if you take more than 3 you don’t get vault rewards for it?

Cool, you don’t play at a level where the idea that you’re a gatekeeper makes any sense.

Homie, what are you talking about?

I don’t care about five man, solo, or anywhere in between.

What I have said is that solo delves are a disproportionately easier way to achieve gear. It’s that simple. I have no idea why you insist on tangential arguments instead of simply understanding the point for what it is.

I think the argument is they’re not. Nobody brought up 5 manning. Soloing a t8 is easier than the other sources of 603 champ track loot and it’s lead to a flood of people trying to do hero track content who don’t know what they’re doing because they haven’t had to up until that point.

Then your wrong … lol

Solo delves are plenty difficult FOR THE TARGET AUDIENCE. I don’t go into M+ and say its to difficult for mer. Cause I’m not the target audience for it. Again you keep ignoring this fact. and it makes your argument invalid.

Why does target audience matter?

Difficulty is difficulty.

Usurp the content intended for someone below them, acting as if they are looking out for the little guy. In reality, they just don’t like that casuals are getting marginally better gear now.

That literally has no bearing on my argument. I’m concerned you think it does.

If you need an answer to that then idk what to tell you besides … use your brain a little. I’m sure you can figure it out.

Exactly. Which is why your argument is invalid.

The epitome of dunning-Kruger

They think casuals should also be sweatlord.

No thanks I already sweatlord at work.

I don’t think m+ 3-5 is sweatlord content. I think it’s harder than current T8s yet drops the same loot.

I genuinely find it hilarious that you think you’ve done something here.

What you have done is enter this thread with tangential / straw-man arguments and then supplemented them with “you’re wrong. I’m right”

I mean it boggles the mind where you find the confidence you have.

M+ 5 man content. Delves are an entirely different beast. Untimed, and plenty challenging for someone like me. I sometimes need to wait until my CDs go down before pulling another normal mob in tier 8.

Fingers crossed that delves lead to LFR getting deleted.

LFR is so toxic now and barely any loot drops.

Homie, it’s fine they’re challenging to you. No one is arguing one way or the other.

What I’m arguing is “I do a range of pve content. It’s not just one or the other. Having done that range, I believe delves are an anomaly in terms of the effort required for the gear earned.” And to be clear. That range isn’t even that large any more. I’m gonna be fine with AOTC and ksh. Neither is particularly difficult to earn. I’d make the claim I lean more casual than hardcore.

For me, that is a bad experience. I think it’s bad game design. I’m not here to say “nerf delve loot”. There just needs to be a buff to other gearing methods because delves are simply too strong right now.

getting good loot is a bad experience!

lol.
