I am unable to purchase the Deluxe edition on both of my accounts. What gives? I am more than happy to have a GM/Support person reach out to the email associated with my account.
Are you receiving an error when you try to purchase it?
Are you positive that you’re selecting a second WoW account?
Edit: Just note that a GM will not contact you unless you put in a ticket through the support system. If you need to put in a ticket, you can do that here:

Don’t see that they’ve cleared this up as yet, so you’ll have to wait until it’s available again.
