I’m going to assume this is a PvP complaint, because mana management is a built in part of every healer’s rotation, and a healer that isn’t making proper use of their kit absolutely will go oom in the middle of a pull

Ew. No. Mana Drain was an awful mechanic.
Healers can go OOM very quickly in MoP if they spam their biggest heals. MW have to constantly juggle mana tea and if they spam surge they won’t be generating enough mana tea to get their mana back when they go OOM. Healing spheres generate no chi so you’ll gradually go OOM if you overuse them.
Resto shaman can get mana back with lightning bolts, but if healers are free casting, mana management isn’t the issue.
If nobody is running OOM currently I’d guess it’s related to the resilience complaints if healers don’t have to use any of their expensive tools currently, but over 20 years of this game has taught me that people in PvP usually massively over complain about healers no matter what the current situation in PvP is really like.
wasnt there like a post about they doing something about stalling games in arena becases teams would just out heal / last longer since healing is varry strong im mop if i rember right
