Well, because using profanity and other toxic language in-game, direct or not, violates our Code of Conduct.
The Vote to Kick option provides agency to the group to decide, by majority vote, if they wish to remove someone from their group. There doesn’t need to be a valid reason other than, they don’t wish to group with the person. Is it unfortunate that some choose to do so for arbitrary or malicious reasons? Absolutely, but I’m afraid that is not an area in which Support is involved.
