I noticed I had characters on the Copy Character for the Beta that were deleted a long time ago but somehow they’re showing up to copy?
I read Blizzard’s article/22478 and they should’ve been permanently deleted as they all are showing as level 10s

I’ve checked all 3 of my accounts (1 main WOW1 and 2 sub expired WOW4 WOW5) and none of those character are there nor available to restore
I used those characters during the pre-launch event for Legion, refer a friend bonus to level characters. Then I deleted them
They also show up when using the wowthing/wowhead website
We had a character level squish for Shadowlands, so maybe that messed it up and caused this bug?These are the only deleted characters showing up.
Also, none of the 14 names are available to use on new characters. Which means there’s a possibility that a lot of names that should’ve been released when people deleted their characters but are NOT. That’s a pretty serious bug
Anyone else have this issue?
