Going back to check again now, but it definitely wasn’t available to me earlier.
I remember hearing that the Shaman gloves had the wrong stats on one of the versions so maybe there was a similar thing with another set piece or two and they had to tweak that…?
Only thing I can really think of. Otherwise it might be an addon/filter.
