about to die they just take a follower dungeon queue.

This has already been fixed. People can’t teleport into follower dungeon queues while in combat, but they can out of combat (it’s possible for someone to FD, Meld, or Vanish into a follower dungeon).

The queues you’re seeing are likely other queues such as BGs or Arenas.

Ok well I have had people vanished right in front of me. Just happened with a DH. Could be they are already in Q. Happens a lot.

Yeah, those are regular queues. Blizzard likely won’t touch regular queues because then the argument becomes, “I shouldn’t have to miss a BG queue or an arena queue all because I wanted to do WPvP while I waited my 20 minute queue.”
