Perhaps if you value the truth so little and words are just meaningless noises you make to manipulate others, we shouldn’t use them to settle disputes.

Onyxia out here actually maintaining how dragons viewed their mortal form. Honestly thats been my only criticism with the visage idea: generally speaking the only ones who viewed it as that meaningful that we know of, was Kalec.
And he wanted to get freaky with the Sunwell. Also he doesn’t even have a special bond with humans in his history so i never understood where that dialogue in tides of war came from.

Even preschoolers learn there’s a difference between a visual learner and an auditory learner, etc. We feel, interpret and even experience things differently. Your “proof” is not my proof.
No, the proof was fine. It’s just impossible to force a dishonest person to be honest about their dishonesty. That’s really all it is. You never had any interest in proof.

Well if you want something to be undeniably proven, wouldn’t you want that? If what was stated by Steve Danuser is enough for you as proof and validation, then by all means. But it’s not enough for me and many others and you need to quit acting like it is.
I want to see them say “Chromie” and “Transgender” at the very least in the same sentence. THAT would be enough for me. And yes I am 100% open to accepting it. I just want more solidity.
Nothing will ever be enough for you. Or any of the other people with a phobia of trans characters. Frankly, I don’t see why your opinion is worth anything. You’re not objective. You are making an active effort to be as unobjective as possible. You have a conclusion and you will be as dishonest as possible to keep it.

Feelings don’t enter in to it. What is it that all those dudebros like to say in their podcasts? “Facts don’t care about your feelings”.
You’re like a person trying to work out their three wishes with a genie, wanting to clarify every possible potential angle. “Is Chromie trans and ‘she’ all the time or genderfluid and male while a dragon and female while a Gnome” being answered by “Chromie is she/her in dragon and visage form” is as clear as day no matter how many times you purposely misgender the character just because you want to read a pretzel-twist of an interpretation into what was said to make it not so.
Does the response go on to detail the exact circumstances under which someone in a world with magical transformation would be considered to be ‘trans’? No. But it is unequivocally clear about the fact that Chromie identifies as female in both forms and continuing to refer to the character as ‘he’ shows your hand, my dude.

You’ve pointedly directed such statement towards me again and again like you even know who I am as a Human being and all I’ve been saying is you’re free to feel as you feel, you’re free to believe Chromie is trans, and I’ve even said I’m open to accepting it with the right statements.
You’ve been calling me dishonest, you been calling me a transphobe when I was literally a trans since my early life as a born intersex, you’re saying I’m not objective as a characteristic to my person, you’ve been saying I don’t seek truth when that is literally what I’m trying to get not some vague emotional interpretation and you’ve been downplaying all of my attempts to reasonably and fairly help you meet common ground in understanding my side to this.

I’ll be honest by the way the forums react I think putting blood in the water of this story was problematic as the wow community isn’t mature enough to just accept it for what it is and move on.

This seems to have brought about the same result…getting tired of being on the forums it’s just the next highschool gossip and outrage hate post… I really miss when people enjoyed wow for the game not social political and gender identity 24/7.
Honestly it’s only when I’d be in furry forums would I see so much talk about sexuality and gender it’s boring after you’ve grown up and have real life to deal with.
A game is ment to be played and enjoyed and have fun… Not attach your views and identity to so that you explode the second someone says anything about your favorite character.
I’m gay and have a very active job not sitting all expansion on my butt and my fav character is Baine who’s straight and a useless pile of cow crap who only sat on his butt after being Yeeted off a cliff by nipple man! God dang worse big baddie written ever NIPPLE MAN… But I know he’s not real and what others say about him isn’t gonna get me riled up.
So please stop taking in game characters this seriously and remember…

No… I’m just done with this topic entirely…
Trans people can’t accept that anybody else remotely similar exists. I just feel hurt, and I’m done with it. I’m putting this thread on ignore.
People projecting their need for group identity thru use of labels on a creature that is literally ancient beyond our understanding that doesnt view sex much less life in general in the same remote sense as our own limited mortality allows.
This is the age old debate about Gods, people project their own perceptions onto beings that transend those limited perceptions.
Dragons do not view sex, life, identity, mortality or even laws the same as we as human beings do. They have an entirely uniquie perspective of the world all their own that is derived from being a dragon.
Humans simply cannot understand the personal view and interpretation a dragon has because we are limited to our own perception of life in the confines if our life time.
Like the people on this forum cant even understand each others point of view arguing about trying to project thier own view onto a being far beyond thier own understanding.
Dragons like Gods, simply do not care about your petty mortal perceptions of existance because you are children who do not understand the bigger picture they see, all your identity politics, agendas, views on morality mean nothing to them cause you sound like a small child crying about your toys like its the end of the world, oblivous to the rest of existance happening all around that you dont have the capacity to understand.
