I would like to clear my close tickets récord can it be done?

If it was just recently closed, it will sit there for a week or two before moving to the archived section of the support site if that’s what you mean.

Otherwise, I don’t believe that you can actually delete your ticket history, no.

Correct, it is not possible to delete the ticket history for an account.
