Im trying to delete a level 13 undead priest. She is in tirisfal glades i believe and when i login to her she falls thru the floor. So i figured to just delete her cuz i wanted to anyway but it wont let me delete her. Im pretty sure she has no mail so thats not the issue. Even if it was the issue, I cant login to check if she has any. What do i do about this?
Mail shouldn’t have any effect if you’re simply deleting the character, AFAIK. Is the character equipped with heirloom gear? That might be a possibility.
Have you deleted a bunch of other toons recently? It could just be a matter of waiting 24 hours for the cooldown.
You could utilize the character move service here on the support site to move them to a place that’ll let you log in, if you’re curious.
That being said, sometimes the service times out mid-process and you still get stuck with the cooldown. If that happens, you’ll want to submit a ticket for a game master’s intervention.

That character still has the 19th anniversary mail.
Try the self-help link that Ekon provided. It should allow you to move the character to safe ground, then you can remove the mail and do what you wish with the character.
