2 years to do bfa season 4 stuff? And no don’t play dumb and say you were referring to longboi.
Yeah, no. I desperately wanted the longboi, and I could’ve easily gotten it if I put my mind to it over the past two years. I didn’t. That’s my fault. Blizzard has given everyone enough time to do get all these things. I wouldn’t want to hold back the enjoyment of other players so I can get a dinosaur.
The pre-patch is, of course, separate from the pre-release. Even so, the leveling changes and customization changes are damn good enough for me. Gonna be leveling a bunch of toons!

You know exactly what I mean, man. Stop acting like I’m saying it’s impossible someone would kill N’zoth for the first time the day after the Pre-Patch.
People have had ample time to get stuff done, if they haven’t achieved their goals by next Tuesday, sucks but they should have tried harder.

What defines a period of time as being something significant enough to warrant it being too long?
Honest objective answer besides you throwing out arguments akin to “its the current year” appeal.
Again, not saying to delay it, but Ny’alotha has been the shortest “end of expansion” raid tier in a while. Literally have to go back to TBC to get this short of a last raid tier.

That’s a good thing. They should all be this short. 9 months is ample time to get a boss down.

Sure, but let’s not pretend that some people did not use the larger window afforded for like the previous 5 expansions. Telling those people “You had plenty of time!” when they have had more time for the last 10 years won’t win you any friends.
Define ample.
The fact that this is an MMORPG with constant updates, changes and incoming patches and expansions. Do you cry for an extension every time a PvP season ends, too?
They’ve given ample warning and prepatch was pushed back already. What more.do you people want?

No, I quite enjoy BFA, but I’m ready to move on into the pre-patch. Give the level squish some time to stretch its legs on live.
What fun stuff? Corruptions being 95% of my damage when I’m not even at the keyboard? Azerite gear being half of my class?
Not to worry! They already took away half our abilities in Legion and chose to permanently replace them with borrowed-power systems.
You had over two years to do this, and even then, these things are completely arbitrary in the game.
Why should everybody’s accounts receive a 1-month extension to their prison sentence?

Nah. You have had ample time do get all of this done. Just like those who decided to wait until last minute in MoP to get the cloak but fell short then blamed Blizzard and cried. Not Blizzard’s or anyone else’s fault you didn’t get things done by now.

I’m not really here to make friends, but this is all ridiculous. “Please delay pre-patch because I haven’t achieved my goals” is a selfish take and isn’t going to win the OP any friends.

But I am playing the game and a load of these people are not. They haven’t started the race and they want it to end? How can you be tired of an expansion when you haven’t put forth objective metrics to show that you participated? And no don’t try and goalpost my point versus others achievements. Like it would make sense if humanity was tired because they have done ALOT of gameplay but others not at all.
Not even getting your feet wet with all +10s, a bit of arena experience, faceless one, even a later full clear of heroic without a boost.
Looked a few of y’all and that is just lacking. I recognize that you don’t have to be a cook to know the food can taste bad but here people are saying the “restaurant is terrible” when they haven’t even walked in the building. Its a bit inane.
Everyone telling me “Ive have had enough time to get this stuff” I have all that stufff already.
Doesn’t change the fact that putting us in pre patch with no release date for xpansion is utterly stupid.
Like I said, I’m not for delaying it.
But I can still recognize this is the shortest the last tier has been in a decade.
It’s called empathy. And even if I don’t much of it, in this case, I can see their point and won’t antagonize them over it even if I disagree.
