Give people more time to finish their longboi grind, gladiator wins, M+ goals, AOTC, Cutting Edge, ect.
No reason to break the game and put us in pre patch for 6+ weeks when the game doesn’t even have a set release date.
Delay the pre patch to November 10th. It’s the right thing to do blizzard.
It’s not like pre patch has any real content. You’re just gonna break the game and leave us in a broken game with no new content release and no release date for that content.
All pre patch means I’d that we get our character so nerfed abilities or tanks taken away… but we are still stuck in BFA… no new content… and limited time rewards gone… that’s all pre patch is… BFA but with out the fun stuff.
No. A lot of us want to play with new customization and the new leveling/class changes. If you don’t have AoTC, Glad, or Cutting Edge yet after 9 months, you probably are not going to get it.
You had time and lots of it. Delaying the expansion was the right thing to do. But delaying our departure from the flaming hot pile of garbage that is BFA is not.
There’s been a lot of time already to get those things. Almost ten months now since 8.3 started. If you’re waiting till the last minute that’s more on you.
The rest of us are eager to play with the new systems and move on.
Nah mate. I see where you’re coming from, and I get it, but the thought of spending a minute past October 13th in BFA makes me cringe. I’m ready to go, as are many other players.
You’ve had plenty of time to do all those things since the release of 8.3. I’m sorry you didn’t get to them on time, but things like that happen. Maybe the next time a big mount like longboi and AOTC achieves release you should get on top of those quicker.
How many times will you post this. The answer is still no. If you don’t have something done by next Tuesday, too bad. You had more than enough time and notice.
What you want them to do and what the right thing to do is two separate things.
One of the good things about the pre-patch is that you won’t have to go to BFA. You can hang out in any of the other expansions and level minimizing your exposure to BFA on the whole.
I agree with OP the prepatch will make most of the current content unplayable due to many things getting removed. With possible 2 months+ till the expansion comes out it leaves us with broken characters for a long time.
I finished atoc, all mythic+15s already but still I rather not play with a broken character for over 2 months.
Unless BFA is getting retuned in a way that compensates for corruption and azerite traits being gone, id prefer they push prepatch to a later date.
However, if they tune BFA accordingly to what we lose, im 100% okay with SL prepatch being on time.
