“No New Players”
Factually false, I personally know round a half dozen players on my friend list who’ve never played WoW before Fresh. Some of them I fathered literally.
also add the 300% exp buff already, so the rest of us can catch up
You’re probably right, but I’ve never done Molten Core and I would be very interested in doing it. Seeing as I didn’t catch the anniversary realms were coming online until a week ago and I’m high level of 22, looks like I might not get a fair shot at MC again. There are probably players like me that I could find eventually but if you are right, most players are moving on and aren’t interested in doing it by the time I can.
It’s a shame that of the dozens of servers, at least one doesn’t specifically advertise and tailor to the crowd of people that don’t race through the content, for whatever reason. I guess you can’t make everyone happy! lol
you would have quit anyway and will not be missed, GL in TBC.
They are way too crowded anyways, I’d rather have fewer crybabies
lol you’ve been going quite hard, sweetie.
Im going to hit you with a large rock.
Why are try hards so mad about a 3 week delay. Do you not have family and friends to spend the holidays with to keep yourself busy?
Btw… I love your character name… we can be friends if you want a pocket healer.
I made an addon with about 200 Chuck Norris jokes to post randomly. Because Chuck Norris deserves to be on Classic servers full speed.
I’ve been having a little trouble because lots of the quest targets are pretty heavily camped. For the quests with low drop percentage, it’s taking some serious time to work the zones. A person can be better at being efficient, but it’s still time consuming to level.
I feel like I’ve been going hard in terms of how much I’ve been playing and I have a long way to go. I would not rate myself as very efficient though, just middle of the pack.
Are you just malding over on Era while the rest of us enjoy Fresh?
The people who aren’t ready for MC this week really don’t care about it that much. This is not 2019. There has been 5 years of Classic for people to raid in if that’s what they care about. The people who aren’t there for the first 2 lockouts are casuals (like myself) that are enjoying the quests, the dungeons and world pvp. The big pack of levelers is in their 30s ATM. Hopefully, we’ll be running non-meta raid groups next month. The servers will die off, perk back up in the summer and then resurge once TBC drops. The truth is 40 man raids are just not optimal. That’s why Blizzard move away from them. Few people want to be stuck in a 3 hour dungeon where they might get a piece of loot and if 1 person OUT OF FORTY, does something stupid, we all die and spend 20 minutes recovering. I’m looking forward to ZG, not MC.
Wait… are you on here… at level 60… asking for a delay? I’m still 37 working the House Husband life… and have my literal progeny leveling and playing WoW for the first time along with my brothers who are also playing for the first time “for real” and completely fine with the schedule.
Meandering point, but just saying, your soap box for delay gets smaller the higher level you are.
Retail kiddos are so silly. Raid when you can no reason to dictate other people’s schedules
Hyperbole much? lol
I’d argue we’re more likely to see MILLIONS quit if you delayed MC by 2 months. That’s an insane amount of time.
Releasing around the holidays is smart. That’s when people are able to play more.
Yikes bro. Do you not know how forum characters work? Please go read the help section.
Weird… wouldn’t let me pick ANY of my Classic TBC, Wrath, Cata, or Retail characters for this forum. Wouldn’t let me post here at all till I got level 10 on a fresh server…
And I’m not your Bro, pal.
Ya no. The people ready to raid now are lifers. They pay for multiple accounts, they have nothing but this game. They will never quit. Imagine thinking the players who no life this game are gonna quit if Mc is delayed 3 weeks.
why do you bother if the raid got released before you hit 60?
you’re playing your own adventure, it’s not a must thing if you raid it from day one.
if you hate that you missed some weeks raiding then ask yourself why would that matter?
1- because of gear? items is rng u could raid for 10weeks and get nothing, and you could raid for 3weeks and get everything
2-because of you want to enjoy the progression? you can always join a guild that will raid mc for first time once you are 60
3-because you hate to see others who cleared many resets while you haven’t yet. hello!! if you want to compete vs the no lifers then be a no lifer!
if you have a family and friends to sped holidays with then you shouldn’t even be bothered about missing some days of login it will have no effect at all on your gameplay.
As far as I remember, you pick a representative character for the forum from your account. For example, my current one, which I didn’t change when I came back for anniversary, was from the past few years but I could pick any of the dozens of characters I’ve played since 2004. The displayed name, character and level in the forum postings has nothing to do with a specific server unless the poster specifically ensures it’s an appropriate one from that server.
