The willingness to deceive, cause pain and despair, savoring the suffering of others, doing things that harm others for ones own benefit, enjoying causing pain, doing what you think is just while harming other who will not bend the knee, being selfish at the cost of others, causing harm knowingly for profit, playing Warhammer 40k and siding with the Imperium of Man, thinking the Emperor is a good being. Just some examples.

Its just going completely against the morals and values of the society judging it.
So what is and is not considered evil can completely change from person to person.

Intentionally causing harm to other’s physically, spiritually, socially, or emotionally without reasonable cause or justification.
It’s also wreaking havoc on the balance of nature with no intentions of moving towards sustainability. In this, most all humans of the world are evil.

Define “good reason”
is pleasure or enjoyment a “good reason”
Is justice a “good reason”
is because the voices told me to a “good reason”
Is my superior in the hierarchy of life commanded me to a “good reason”
Is the entity I worship which may or may not be made out of tentacles making me do it a “good reason”

oh ya know, folks who do bad things like harm others physically, spiritually, and emotionally, steal what they do not need in the slightest from others, causing suffering and misery, destroy what is not theirs (or hell in some cases what is theirs), and other such highly unsavory things without reason, just cause. or an ounce of remorse, pity, or guilt over any of it and perhaps arguably enjoyed such actions and do not care who is effected by their actions in any way shape or form.

I saw this in the theaters, many many years ago. I have it on VHS, Laserdisc and DVD.
