Will the number of debuffs that a mob can have increase during pre-patch?

You don’t need a confirmation there’s more debuff slots than your raid has debuffs.

I mean you could have did a 5-second Google search to see when it was implemented.

“Debuff cap is increased from 16 to 40 and will most likely be in the prepatch.”

“Pre patch is 2.x so the cap is supposed to be increased.”

No one has confirmed.

Why do you need explicit confirmation for something we know changed the moment pre-patch hit ages ago? The same patch that lets multiple Druids put Rejuvenation on a single target dramatically increased the debuff limit. There’s no reason to distrust this and since there is no one coming here to explicitly cry about it not working properly the safest assumption is that the 40 debuff limit will go live when pre-patch does next week.

It’s 40 on BETA, was 40 in TBC original pre-patch… Not sure why it would be different this time.
